These terms are between you and Health Career Global (trading as HealthCareer Global), the seller of this AI healthcare job application assistance service. By using or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter this agreement or authorised to bind the organisation you represent.

Your interview details are saved privately before you enter card details to activate AI job application assistance. CVs are internal application material, not a viewing, editing or download product.

Premium

Premium includes one introductory month free, then $9.99 USD per month plus applicable taxes, cancel anytime. No trial or charge begins until you explicitly complete checkout with the connected payment provider. Card details are required at checkout after CV creation. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Cancellation stops renewal and ends Premium access immediately, including during a paid month. Your career details remain saved privately; the app does not offer CV viewing, copying, editing or downloads. Restarting Premium costs $9.99/month without another introductory trial. Premium unlocks live vacancy search matched to your profession plus AI-tailored cover letters and application answers. You submit each application yourself on the employer's official site; the app does not submit applications on your behalf.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for post-charge refund requests. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Applications and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of your career details, qualifications, licensing, immigration requirements and application answers. We do not guarantee employment, sponsorship, licensing or visas. AI may make mistakes and does not replace official professional or immigration advice.

Prepared applications are not submitted applications. You apply directly through the employer's website and mark your own progress in the tracker; the app does not verify what happens on external sites.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate information about yourself and protect your account credentials. Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to impersonate others, submit false qualifications, infringe intellectual property, generate hateful content or deceptive deepfakes, create malware, bypass AI safeguards or interfere with security through probing, scraping or attacks. Do not upload patient data or confidential information you are not authorised to use. You are responsible for your prompts, rights to input material, verification of AI outputs and how you use them.

Intellectual property and user content

Health Career Global retains ownership of the service, software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan; you may not resell it, reverse engineer it or circumvent its limits. You retain rights in your input content and grant us permission to host and process it solely to provide the service. To the extent permitted by law and third-party rights, you may use generated application material for your own applications; AI outputs may not be unique and no exclusive ownership or non-infringement guarantee is made.

Rights holders may report infringement to Health Career Global using the seller contact details on a purchase receipt, identifying the material and their rights. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs and suspend accounts, including for repeated infringement.

Service availability and warranties

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free performance, continued availability of third-party vacancies or accurate AI outputs. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. AI content is not a substitute for regulated medical, legal, financial or immigration advice without qualified oversight. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. We may remove unlawful content and take proportionate action to protect users and the service. Non-payment may result in suspension after payment retries. Subscription cancellation ends Premium access immediately and stops renewal; it does not by itself delete your account or career data or waive refund rights. Personal data remains subject to our Privacy Notice.
